It was a busy weekend in the Performing Arts Center. With the cast having an all day Saturday rehearsal, it was the paint team’s turn Sunday red paint in hand.

Sunday was almost an instant replay from two weeks ago except that time it was white…five gallons of it.

This Sunday it was Wildcat red and lots of it. Besides touch up work, all that remains for the paint crew are banners.

Well, gentleman, you missed your opportunity to join paint crew. There’s always next year.

With paint nearing completion, the final element is lighting. That will allow us to make every location distinct not to mention the whole set pop.

I have some minor tasks on my punch list such as locating chemistry tables, horticulture club set pieces, railings, and set hallway flyers (more on those things later).
